Today's professionals work on projects that require them to collaborate with others such as colleague, customers, and suppliers from various functional areas all
with differing education, background and skills. Cross-functional collaboration has become the norm for team structures within
organizations as it continually proves to be more effective then the traditional homogeneous team structure.
Integrated Learning provides our learners the opportunity to participate on a cross-functional team that is comprised of individuals
from other certificate programs. Learners are challenged to apply their classroom learning, knowledge and profesional experience on a project to deliver an actual business
solution. The Integrated Learning program improves the overall educational experience for the learners as
they serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on their team.
Learners enrolled in the Project Management, Data Science, Business Analyst and Excel Business Analysis programs could have the opportunity to work together
on projects such as developing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions. Learners in these programs will be learn fundamental strategy concepts
to gain a better understanding of the "big picture" and how their discipline integrates in the strategic direction of an organization.
Integrated Learning is an excellent opportunity to improve your leadership, teamwork, team-building, and communication skills;
to expand your business and technology knowledge; and to work on becoming a SME!
